I know I just wrote earlier today, but wanted to give you more of picture update of our little guy:) This is Jake and I at his first pediatricians visit:) You may notice that my face (around the eyes) looks a bit puffy...somewhere in the two hours of pushing I blew three blood vessels in my right eye and, although I don't know that there's a direct correlation, my whole face looked puffy until the eye cleared up.
These next two are Jake on the "vacation" we sent him on in the Bahamas. He was SO cute all stretched out sun-bathing:)
They had to add those little cotton swabs to his eye gear because he wouldn't leave the goggles on...the cotton didn't help at all... :) He's a tricky little
fella:)
It was a joyous occasion when we got to leave the hospital:) From the time they told us we could leave and we actually checked out was approximately 5 minutes:)
This is Jake's favorite position to eat in...notice the hand by his chin and the way he crosses his feet....
These first two are of Jake's first bath at home...we think he liked it:)
Aunt Trina got to come and visit for Jake's second week staying at our house:) This picture of the two of them is pretty much how they spent her time here:) Inseperable. We didn't think we were going to be able to get her to leave him here :)
This last one is just a good example of Jake's serious face. He has the most expressive eyebrows:) We have yet to get it on camera, but he can raise one eyebrow...When he's really thinking about something his forehead will get all wrinkly...he's just so cute...:)
