Holy Cow!

So in a splurge of Mothers Day reminiscence I started going through pictures of the last couple months and realized how poorly I've been doing at keeping this blog updated...oops:) This seems so strange to me. I am so completely addicted to blogs and getting comments from you all but somehow in checking for new comments I never quite got around to putting new things for you to talk about:) So...please forgive the huge amount of randomness that may follow...just going through the pictures and updating you in order of their occurance:)

Our ward is awesome and having small group enrichment activities and I always feel bad about my lack of regular attendance...I let Alan's being gone in the evenings be a big excuse for me not to get out and then I feel lonely. So I decided to bring the party to my house so I can enjoy friends while Jake is sleeping away upstairs. So we now have Girl's Night In at my house once a month and I have SO MUCH FUN! So far we've done pedicures, had a game night, and a chick flick night...game night was the only night I remembered the camera. The activities have been a kickin' good time and everyone always brings ridiculously scruptious treats...

March 27th...see the blossoms and the snow? I know the rest of the world has been getting strange weather a lot worse than our neck of the woods, but seriously folks...

Jake was "helping" with laundry the other day and found himself in "Super Dad's" uniform. I'm not sure when/why it originally started but Jake no longer calls Alan dad...he always runs around the house looking for ... SUP-ER DAD!!!
