Meet the reigning champion...
One of Jake's great accomplishments lately has been mastering the stairs...there have only been 2 falls during all his training sessions...this was the first one. He was climbing right along the banister and for some reason thought it was a good idea to hang on...I don't know if that's what threw off his balance or not, but the next thing we knew he was "dangling" by one little hand...hanging on for dear life with his head smashed between his arm and the spindles...it was a sad day...for him and us... :)
His only other fall was while doing this...

Yowzas! How sad. But dang he sure is cute! I love the picture of his tiny little fingers stretched so far in every attempt to reach that darn light switch. What a cutie pie!!!
Poor little guy. I am sure that is not the first of the last of the boo-boos.

Lenny...I miss you. And look how beautiful you are in your title picture! Jake is so dang cute! It only took Ava falling down the stairs a time or two before she learned to take it easy on the stairs. Pain is a good motivator :)
